As a public school teacher-turned-real estate agent, I bring a lot of tools and strategies to the table that will educate and empower you during your real estate pursuits.
We'll probably even have a few laughs along the way too.
I believe in the power of real estate to help people build wealth. And I believe that it’s achievable, even if you aren’t sure.
When I was a teacher in Denver, I learned about the concept of house hacking. I purchased my first home - a duplex - lived in half, and rented out the other. The rental income helped me supplement my teaching salary. And after a few years, I was able to sell the duplex for a profit, and buy my dream farmhouse in the foothills of Loveland, Colorado.
And that's why I'm obsessed with "First Timers." I became a real estate agent so I could teach others to pursue their real estate goals in the same way!
Whether you are trying to buy your first home, or you're looking for ways to leverage your current home to move up or purchase an investment, I can teach you how!
I get it. Today's real estate market can feel seem a little intimidating to break into. My goal as your real estate agent is to help you become an informed buyer, seller, and investor. I truly believe that educated buyers and sellers find more success in their real estate pursuits. That's why it's my goal to provide you with the the information you need to make the best decision for your specific situation.
When I’m not with clients, you can find me out exploring Colorado with my husband, 3 boys, and my dogs. You can also find me spending time renovating my farmhouse, and trying my hand at raising sheep and chickens.
I love living in Loveland! You can read more about my favorite parts of life in Northern Colorado on the blog.
