Anyone who knows me, knows that I love a good fitness class. And barre classes are my favorite kind of class to attend. I was so excited when I found out that Loveland local, Becka Repp, decided to open Grace and Power Fitness!
Starting in January 2020, Grace and Power is offering a full schedule of barre, yoga, and dance classes. With a convenient location at the Loveland Creative Arts Space, it’s easy to catch one of the many classes offered. In fact, you will find me there 2-3 times per week.
Can’t make it to the studio? Check out Grace and Power on Facebook to find out when they are hosting pop up classes at your local brewery!
Grace and Power also offers childcare for several of their classes throughout the week. This makes it so convenient for busy moms like me to fit in a workout.
What can you expect from a typical barre class at Grace and Power? Most classes start out with a warm up. Then, they move on to strengthen legs, arms, and abs. You’ll often get some cardio thrown in to the mix as well! I love these workouts because they truly address strengthening your whole body!
