COFFEE IS LIFE. Am I right? As a full time working mother of 3, you better believe I start every day with a steaming cup of jo (or 4. Don’t be judgy). When I don’t have time to make it at home, I hit up a local coffee shop! Here is my list of favorite Loveland Coffee Shops for all of my fellow caffeine junkies out there!
Dark Heart Coffee Bar
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Dark Heart is my favorite shop to frequent for black coffee, craft lattes, hot tea, kombucha, and even after work libations. It doesn’t hurt that they are located within walking distance of my office. Also, if you’ve never had a nitro float, drop what you’re doing, walk over to Dark Heart, and order one. Now. You can thank me later.
For any of you who live west of town, Jamoka Joe is a staple. This funky little drive through offers a wide array of flavored coffee beverages, and locally made baked good. They even have breakfast burritos. My favorite drink to order here is their hemp milk chai latte. It will warm your soul.
Colorado Coffee Company
Coffee, tea, pastries. This local Loveland coffee shop has it all. They’re located in east Loveland off of Boyd Lake Ave and Highway 34. AND they have a drive thru, so it’s the perfect spot to swing by on your way to or from Denver/Cheyenne/wherever the heck you’re going on I-25. If you haven’t had one of their homemade cinnamon roles, you are cheating yourself. Also, this is a great place to get coffee beans for you home brew fanatics.
Oh, and did I mention, they’ve got a 2nd location at The Foundry?! You can sit on the patio and devour cinnamon rolls while the kiddos play in the splash pad. Win-Win.
The Coffee Tree
You can’t raise children in Loveland without multiple visits to The Coffee Tree. I’ve had many visits with friends and clients here while my children play happily in the toy area. The Coffee Tree offers a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as delicious baked goods, snacks, and even breakfast sandwiches. And they have tons of space, which makes this a great gathering place for friends.
