During the fall, and into the beginning of winter, we felt the housing market slow down a bit. Fewer buyers were out looking, and homes were sitting on the market a little longer than we’ve all been accustomed to.
Enter February 2020! We usually see the housing market pick up quite a bit in the spring once the weather starts getting warmer. However, we’re starting to feel the pace pick up a bit earlier than usual. This means a little more competition for buyers right now.
