Best of Loveland + NoCo 4th of July

It’s official: Summer is here. And an epic 4th of July is at the top of my list of things I’ve been looking forward to. I bet many of you feel the same! So I’ve compiled a list of Loveland + NoCo 4th of July activities. Take your pick and enjoy!

Loveland 4th of July Events

The 4th in Loveland would not be complete without the fireworks show at North Lake Park. Head to the park early to snag a spot near the lake. Or opt to watch from a nearby neighborhood. Either way, this fireworks show won’t disappoint! Want updates as we get closer? After June 24, 2024, you can text LOVEVENTS to 888777 to sign up for event details.

Want to stay active before catching the show? A staple for many in Loveland is to start their 4th off with the Loveland Liberty 5K, which starts and ends at Fairgrounds Park. Come run and party down at Fairgrounds Park after the race! They also have a 100-yard kids’ race with popsicles for finishers.

Fort Collins 4th of July Events

Prefer to hang in Fort Collins for the 4th? We’ve got you covered!

Check out the whole-day party at City Park. Start off by running the FireKracker 5K around City Park. Then, catch a parade, hit up the KidZone, and take a dip at the City Park Pool before fireworks begin around 9:30. Don’t worry about going hungry either! There will be tons of food trucks at the park throughout the day.
