The backyard sealed the deal for us when we bought it. We’ll miss hanging out under the pergola – which was perfect for outdoor meals. And there was even plenty of space for our garden chickens.
The location of our home is also something we really enjoyed. Backing up to open space gave us a real sense of privacy. It’s nice being a little out of town and knowing that Old Town Fort Collins is only a quick 20-minute drive away.
